Elections results 2008, Pakistan People’s party won 92 National Assembly seats and emerged as the winning party with 24.1% votes. Pakistan Muslim League (N) secured the second place with 68 National Assembly seats with 15.5% votes. According to elections result 2013, Pakistan Muslim League (N) won 129 National Assembly seats, PPP won 34 NA seats, and PTI won 25 NA seats. Pakistan Muslim League (N) was able to form the government and is currently the ruling country. PPP and PTI became their strong opposition.
Pakistan General Elections 2024 is scheduled to be held on 25th July 2024 as announced by ECP. This year, there will be a fierce battle between political rivals like PML (N), PPP, and PTI.
